Although Visual Properties do everything the same, we are not estate agents; we are engaged and paid by the purchasing client only. This allows Visual Properties to act completely impartially at all times, making our customers best interests paramount throughout the process.
Once we have met you and you are agreeable to use our services, we will require a small retainer fee and a signed agreement. Our retainer fee is reimbursable to you should you wish to cancel our arrangement, less any pre agreed expenses. It is also deducted from any eventual commission that may become due. Once the retainer is received, you’ll have instant access to our extensive knowledge and client base.
Once we find your perfect property and the purchase process has been completed, we will ask you to pay us the agreed commission fee, which is typically based on a low single percentile of the property or land value. Our fees are completely tailored to our clients needs and we endeavour to remain commercially competitive at all times.
