Detailed search: We will provide a search of the market and present a list of potential properties.
Accompanied inspections: If you see a property in the initial presentation, then we can arrange an accompanied inspection of the property.
Negotiation of terms: We will be the authority who acts as your representative in the negotiations, to ensure we get the very best value for your investment.
Liaison with solicitors: Visual Property will help you liaise with solicitors if required, ensuring you have the correct network of advisers to guide you through each stage of the purchase.
Co-ordination of move: We can help our clients with the ‘move’ as well. This can certainly help if you are acquiring a property abroad and need assistance from overseas.
